HR & Administration Manager

About the role

TMA is a leading company in the industrial and engineering sector. We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team and lead our human resources and internal organization functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
• Organize and improve internal company structure, workflows, and administrative systems.
• Represent the company before government bodies, labor offices, social insurance authorities, and relevant industrial/regulatory entities.
• Manage company accreditations, licenses, and official approvals with concerned authorities.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and industry regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (HR certification/diploma is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources & Administration, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and government/regulatory procedures.
• Proven ability to enforce policies and manage employee relations effectively.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office; HR systems experience is a plus.
