Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Advansys, a solutions provider of smart, modular and sustainable technology solutions serving more than 100 enterprise customers across 14 countries, is looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role acts as the Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the assigned department(s), working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and acquire the most suitable and high-potential talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support hiring managers in filling planned vacancies according to hiring SLAs.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Handle talent acquisition activities: job posting and sourcing on various platforms, evaluating and screening CVs, conducting HR interviews, coordinating the technical interview process and keeping a complete record of interviews in the system.
• Analyze labor market trends and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience; Talent Acquisition experience is mandatory.
• Technology background is required.

Required skills

• Certified Business Intelligence (CBI) is a must.
• An HR certificate is an advantage.
