HR Business Partner

About the role

Premier Services and Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and managers. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, manage employee relations, and support performance and talent initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace issues and HR policies.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Identify talent needs, support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Assist workforce planning, organizational development, and change management activities.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights for business and people decisions.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill workforce requirements.
• Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior management.
