HR Business Partner – Lead HR Strategy & Collaboration

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy, align HR initiatives with business goals, and strengthen collaboration between HR and other departments. The role will act as a bridge between senior management and the HR team, ensuring policies and practices support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and lead weekly or monthly meetings with HR and executive team members to discuss ongoing business needs.
• Communicate upper management’s goals to the HR team.
• Develop strategies to strengthen relationships between HR and the rest of the company.
• Stay up to date on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Review job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect open positions.
• Brief HR recruiters about staffing needs and provide feedback on recent hiring successes and challenges.
• Assist with the screening and interviewing process as needed.
• Write and revise HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or psychology.
• 3 to 5+ years of proven HR generalist or specialist experience.
