About the role
We are looking for an HR Field Specialist to manage workforce hiring and employee lifecycle for our hub and sorting locations. The role supports operational peaks, ensures compliance, and acts as the primary HR liaison for hub managers.
Key responsibilities
- Execute hiring plans for assigned hubs, adapting quickly to operational spikes.
- Coordinate with the central workforce team and approved vendors to secure timely staffing.
- Oversee onboarding, system registration, deployment, and off‑boarding processes.
- Serve as the main HR contact for hub managers on daily workforce matters.
- Handle employee relations issues, complaints, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and workforce procedures.
- Monitor vendor performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance standards.
- Conduct workforce audits and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Track and report workforce metrics such as hiring status, turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary trends.
- Escalate operational workforce risks and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or managing outsourced workforce in high‑labor environments.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities, especially with operations teams.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with workforce tracking systems.
