About the role
We are looking for a full‑time HR Generalist to join our Cairo office. You will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management across our large‑scale urban projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, supporting performance management and training initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, leave, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain data integrity in HRIS, and assist with workforce planning.
- Collaborate with managers on organizational development and talent management.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in Human Resources and experience in general HR operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with employee benefits administration and leave management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws; experience in large‑scale operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly desirable.
