HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus

About the role

Polaris Parks is building its HR function from the ground up and is looking for an HR Generalist with a strong talent‑acquisition focus. You will split your time between end‑to‑end recruitment for our industrial and residential park portfolios and supporting core HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, manage pre‑offer alignment and coordinate pre‑boarding.
• Proactively source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach, reducing reliance on inbound applications.
• Run pre‑offer alignment to confirm compensation expectations and assess counter‑offer risk before extending offers.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, source of hire and offer acceptance rate on a regular cadence.
• Support performance‑management cycles, maintain job‑description and competency frameworks, and coordinate training initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date org charts and a centralized job‑description library across departments.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to full‑cycle recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable active‑sourcing platform.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Background in industrial parks, construction, manufacturing or engineering services is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast‑paced HR team with high ownership expectations.
• Residence in 6th of October City or nearby area.
