Internal Communication Senior Specialist

About the role

The Internal Communication Senior Specialist will design, develop, and execute internal communication and employee engagement programs that strengthen GB Corp's culture, enhance the employee experience, and support employer branding. This senior role partners with HR, talent, and business leaders to deliver timely, high‑impact messages across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage dynamic communication initiatives for traditional and digital channels, aligning with the GB Corp engagement calendar.
• Research, write, and produce print and electronic media, including digital content, videos, executive communications, presentations, memos, and feature articles.
• Ensure internal messages are clear, timely, and delivered in a high‑impact style.
• Review and edit stakeholder‑drafted communications to maintain consistency with strategy and tone.
• Develop communication action plans, timelines, and deliverables that shape culture and drive engagement.
• Manage the employee engagement survey process and implement actions based on feedback.
• Design and execute campaigns that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and engagement.
• Oversee the onboarding program to enhance new‑hire experience.
• Plan, establish, and maintain GB Corp’s social‑media presence for recruitment and employer branding.
• Monitor market trends in employee engagement and introduce fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience planning and executing internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proven ability to craft compelling content for both print and digital formats.
• Experience managing employee engagement surveys and translating results into communication actions.
• Strong collaboration skills with HR, talent acquisition, and business partners.
• Ability to develop and maintain social‑media channels focused on employer branding.
