HR Manager – Lead Human Resources

About the role

Omega Pharma is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the company’s strategic objectives. The role involves overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor regulations, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage personnel administration, payroll preparation, attendance, leaves, and employee records while ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Design and manage performance appraisal, employee development programs, and training plans.
• Develop compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, manpower plans, and organizational charts.
• Support senior management in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, personnel, payroll, performance management, and organizational development.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Very good command of English.
