About the role
We are looking for an HR Manager – Real Estate to lead our Human Resources initiatives in Obour City, Cairo. This role will shape people strategy for a fast‑growing real‑estate business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the real‑estate sector.
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle and talent management programs.
- Manage core HR functions including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Create, enforce, and update HR policies ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture and drive employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and future talent needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading HR functions, preferably in real‑estate or related fast‑paced industries.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to develop strategic HR initiatives and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
