HR Operations Specialist & Blue‑Collar Recruiting

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist who is passionate about sourcing top talent and supporting high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in attracting skilled technicians, production workers, and other operational talent that keep our business moving.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for production, maintenance and technical positions, including operators, mechanical, electrical and welding technicians.
• Source candidates through social media, job fairs, agencies, walk‑ins and platforms such as LinkedIn and Forasna.
• Draft and update job postings, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews and support onboarding.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of technical and production talent.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Support day‑to‑day HR administration, maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the HR team to detect early signs of absenteeism or turnover and assist in audits and internal HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Legal or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Specialist in an international manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment for manufacturing.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
