HR People Partner – Early Career Trainee (Co‑op/Internship)

About the role

Join GE Vernova as a People Partner Intern and act as a strategic bridge for the Senior Regional HR People Partner across the Middle East and Africa. You will help streamline HR operations, drive digital transformation, and support a data‑driven, self‑service HR model.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and enable employees and leaders on new HR operating models, self‑service portals, and AI‑driven platforms.
• Foster autonomy by coaching users toward digital resources and reducing manual interventions.
• Consolidate and analyze HR KPIs such as hiring targets, workforce planning objectives, position management, and time‑to‑fill to provide strategic insights.
• Act as a catalyst for HR transformation by refining operational playbooks and simplifying processes to eliminate manual noise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience, or focused academic coursework in HR, people analytics, or HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; experience with an HRIS (preferably Workday) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to present complex data to stakeholders and manage tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
