About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing logistics team in Nasr City. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our supply chain and transportation operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Publish job vacancies across multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Track hiring progress, maintain staffing dashboards, and update candidate databases.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
- Preferably experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and assessment abilities.
- Proven ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Good command of English.
