HR Recruiter Specialist – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Specialist to join our team at Wonder Travel. Based in the heart of Tahrir Square, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting talent for a variety of positions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
