HR Recruitment Specialist – High Volume Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions. The role focuses on high‑volume recruitment for operational roles such as drivers, sales and delivery representatives, and warehouse staff, while also supporting corporate hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment records and update the ATS/HR system.
• Coordinate job offers and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–7 years of proven full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong background in high‑volume blue‑collar hiring (drivers, sales reps, delivery personnel, warehouse staff).
• Experience recruiting white‑collar positions across various functions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment platforms such as WUZZUF and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR systems (Oracle HCM a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
