About the role
We are seeking an on‑site HR Specialist to join Nexlence’s client team in Egypt. The role will support daily HR operations, manage employee matters, and act as the primary point of contact for payroll, social insurance, and labor‑law inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily personnel matters for assigned on‑site employees.
- Support the client HR team with social insurance administration, Egyptian labor‑law queries, employee relations, and certificate issuance.
- Liaise with local payroll subcontractors on onboarding, off‑boarding, certificate issuance, and issue resolution.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, social insurance, and labor law.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors to provide employment, salary, termination, and other official certificates.
- Serve as the main on‑site HR contact, delivering professional client service with strong communication.
- Handle basic employee‑relations issues and assist in resolving concerns and disputes.
Required profile
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Familiarity with Egyptian social‑insurance processes (enrollment, termination, annual filing, etc.).
- Experience in payroll calculation and ability to explain payroll details to employees.
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and ability to answer related questions.
- Strong client coordination, communication skills, and service‑oriented mindset.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for cross‑border communication.

- Net salary of USD 300 – 400 per month (after tax).
