About the role
Innovo Group is looking for an HSE Superintendent in Cairo to support the HSE Manager in ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance and to carry out regular HSE audits across business and operations on site.
Key responsibilities
- Support the HSE Manager with client requirements and attend pre-job planning and client meetings.
- Supervise HSE and medical staff and report their performance.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports, and implement compliant HSE and emergency plans.
- Enforce HSE training and medical compliance, and conduct employee HSE training and presentations.
- Evaluate subcontractor HSE performance and provide data for monthly HSE reporting.
- Maintain HSE statistics, analyse trends and update statistical and trending data.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor and comply with all HSE requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
