Human Capital Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Human Capital Senior Associate works in its Advisory practice, supporting clients across the full human capital transformation agenda: redesigning HR operating models, deploying AI-powered HR technologies, building talent pipelines and embedding learning and development cultures. The role sits in the new Technology & Innovation Centre in Cairo, which serves clients across the Middle East, and involves working with a multidisciplinary team of advisors on projects for various sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Client delivery: prepare and present client-ready deliverables end-to-end, manage workstreams in large engagements and contribute to internal knowledge management.
• Process re-engineering: apply Lean and Six Sigma to redesign HR processes, and contribute to SLAs, OLAs and KPIs across HR functions.
• Analytics and reporting: support HR reporting on engagement, turnover, performance and dashboards, gathering data and influencing decisions.
• Talent development: conduct training needs analyses and learning gap assessments, develop annual learning plans, and support performance management and competency frameworks.
• Talent acquisition: optimize acquisition frameworks and employer branding, and design structured recruitment processes from job descriptions to offer management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field, business management or administration, or equivalent.
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in HR operations, talent development, talent acquisition or HRBP support roles.
• Experience supporting GCC countries is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Understanding of HR transformation, employee life cycle optimization and HR service delivery models.
• Knowledge of talent assessment tools, competency frameworks and performance management processes.
• Ability to prepare HR dashboards, track metrics and interpret data.
• Understanding of Middle East labor laws and HR compliance.
• Strong documentation, coordination, process navigation and stakeholder management skills.
