Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will lead the HR function at Lumin Systems, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, payroll processing and recruitment activities. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that workforce planning aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding and employee engagement.
• Manage employee contracts, social insurance contributions and ensure compliance with Egyptian labour legislation.
• Supervise monthly payroll, attendance tracking and settlement processes.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management and HR strategy implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, covering personnel administration, payroll and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law and social insurance regulations.
• Proven leadership abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in payroll systems and attendance management.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and onboarding tools.
