Human Resources Generalist – Full-time

About the role

A1 arena is a fast‑growing group of about 50 employees operating across multiple business sectors. We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist to own the full HR function, build structured processes from the ground up, and support our expanding workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment and headhunting for all business units.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines.
• Design and oversee KPI and performance evaluation systems.
• Handle attendance, leave management, employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate payroll, salary reviews, incentives and compensation with Finance.
• Provide senior management with HR reports, recommendations and manpower planning.
• Continuously improve HR processes as the group scales.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Lead.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the HR function.
