About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee off‑boarding. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Design and deliver new‑hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Manage employee termination procedures in a respectful and compliant manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
- Build strong relationships with managers to support their HR needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a Human Resources role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
