HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join Real Mark Egypt. The role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination and ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows aligned with business needs.
• Manage workforce planning and the full recruitment cycle.
• Review monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for accurate data.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance requirements, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance‑related actions in coordination with management.
• Manage the performance appraisal cycle.
• Manage HR operations through Odoo HR, ensuring employee data, attendance, time off, recruitment, appraisals, and other implemented modules are properly maintained.
• Provide practical HR recommendations to senior management and support organizational changes, salary review, promotions, and manpower decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7‑10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong hands‑on experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
• Experience in HR KPIs and Performance Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
