Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Three Tech is looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join its team in Haram, Giza. You will play a key role in managing payroll, recruitment, and employee relations while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.
• Process payroll, bonuses, deductions, overtime and ensure timely delivery of employee benefits.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance and production metrics.
• Coordinate with department managers to assess staffing needs and support business capacity changes.
• Maintain relationships with social and health insurance agencies and manage legal documentation for hiring and termination.
• Prepare and submit salary and benefits reports to the finance team and senior management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HR and managerial tasks.
• Good knowledge of administration and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with technical concepts relevant to HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
