About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Nasr City, Cairo. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive recruitment efforts, attract top talent and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Manage all aspects of personnel administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Champion positive employee relations and maintain an inclusive workplace environment.
• Oversee onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and local regulations.
• Support performance management cycles, empowering employees and managers.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a dedicated HR role.
• Proven track record of handling HR responsibilities and leading initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor regulations.

Required skills

• Expertise in core HR functions: recruitment, personnel management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite for reporting and daily operations.
