Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all human resources functions within our organization. The role will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters.
• Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Support organizational planning, workforce development, and succession planning.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
• Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance procedures professionally and confidentially.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports productivity, engagement, and teamwork.
• Advise management on HR‑related matters and organizational development strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or corporate sectors is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
