Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead a team of HR Account Managers, ensuring accurate employee records, recruitment processes, and contract renewals while maintaining compliance with Egyptian labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HR Account Managers and oversee daily HR project activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data (new hires, resignations, transfers, terminations) into the SAP system.
• Maintain organized personnel files and verify compliance with labor law for attendance and leave records.
• Monitor and process employee contract renewals, aligning with company policy and legal requirements.
• Review monthly attendance, vacation, sick leave, overtime, and penalties for legal compliance.
• Manage interactions with the Labor Office, addressing labor‑related issues and legal documentation.
• Coordinate social and governmental medical insurance matters, including annual Form 2 issuance.
• Handle resignation and termination procedures, ensuring proper clearance and financial settlements.
• Collaborate with the legal department on employee‑related legal cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of HR experience.
• Proven experience supervising HR staff or account managers.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HR module for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes such as recruitment, contracts, attendance, and insurance.
