Income Manager – Hotel Revenue & Finance

About the role

The Income Manager will be based on‑site at Sharm Plaza & Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, overseeing all hotel revenue streams – rooms, food & beverage and ancillary services. This full‑time position ensures accurate daily income recording, reporting and analysis to support financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control revenue streams, reviewing daily revenue reports from the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Reconcile daily income, verify postings, and investigate any discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Prepare and analyse revenue summaries, providing insights on trends and variances.
• Coordinate with Finance to support month‑end closing and assist internal and external audits.
• Enforce internal controls, maintain documentation and procedures, and collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Management and F&B teams to optimise income.

Required profile

• Strong financial and accounting background with experience in revenue reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with hospitality systems (PMS, POS) and advanced Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Organisational ability to handle daily reports, tight deadlines and month‑end tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in hotel income audit or revenue accounting is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
