Industria Sales Manager

About the role

Lesaffre Egypt for Yeast Industries, a joint-stock company producing baking yeasts and yeast extracts, is looking for an Industria Sales Manager. The role reports to the Commercial Director and covers industrial customers in the baking and food ingredient market. The company's main office is in Sheikh Zayed City.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate annual agreements with each customer and present proposals to the manager.
• Cooperate with the technician team to give technical support to clients.
• Analyse market capacity and customer needs, and recommend solutions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and assign them to the right department.
• Monitor sales volume and growth per customer and track market trends.
• Collect market data and compare Lesaffre products with competitors.
• Initiate new sales leads and strengthen relationships with clients' purchasing departments.
• Organise client training at the baking centre or on site, and help create new products for ingredients.
• Prepare and report a business development plan for each client and solve client problems quickly.
• Propose credit policies for each segment and ensure compliance with the approved policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Commerce preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience selling ingredients in the industrial segment.
• Fluent English.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance.

Required skills

• Ingredients business expertise, with a strong background in the ingredients sector, baking (preferred) and the broader food industry.
• Deep understanding of industrial baking customers, market dynamics and industry trends.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, able to build trust and secure long-term partnerships.
