Industrial Field Services Engineer

About the role

LUBEMASTER, the authorized distributor of Chevron lubricants in Egypt, is expanding its technical services team. The Industrial Field Services Engineer will provide on‑site lubrication and reliability support to customers across manufacturing, cement, steel, power generation and heavy industry.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field technical services, including lubrication surveys, equipment inspections and oil analysis interpretation.
• Support troubleshooting of industrial equipment and lubrication‑related reliability issues.
• Assist with product trials, monitor performance outcomes and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to deliver integrated technical support.
• Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation and deliver presentations to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial technical services, maintenance, lubrication or reliability.
• Hands‑on experience in field‑based industrial operations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel across industrial sites in Egypt.

Required skills

• Industrial lubrication systems and rotating equipment knowledge.
• Oil analysis concepts and interpretation.
• Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring basics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
