Information System Administrator

About the role

Delta Pharma is seeking an Information System Administrator to manage and support its IT infrastructure in Egypt. The role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of Windows environments, servers, networks, and business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of servers, networks, storage, and backup solutions.
• Track and audit hardware and software assets (ITAM) across the organization.
• Execute qualification activities for infrastructure components per GXP and GAMP 5 standards.
• Respond to incidents with a mean‑time‑to‑repair of less than 2 hours.
• Implement security measures, network segmentation, and patch management.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery drills and ensure 100 % backup completion.
• Support network connectivity, printers, shared folders, and corporate applications.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Educate end‑users on Microsoft Copilot Pro and AI features in Office 365 and Teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and basic networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with GXP/GAMP compliance is a plus.
