Information Technology Operations Specialist

About the role

The role involves monitoring and managing the datacenter infrastructure, controlling workflow across the bank’s systems, and acting as the subject‑matter expert for technology and services. You will perform scheduled tasks, investigate exceptions, and support change implementation using the bank’s operational tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead incident management, handling notifications, escalations and resolution as the Incident Manager.
• Manage consoles and job‑scheduling automation, including both manual and automated scheduled jobs.
• Perform and monitor backups and restores, and oversee print and electronic output processes.
• Administer the physical IT environment, covering data centres and computer rooms, coordinating internal and external vendors.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships, ensuring IT Operations is a trusted partner and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience working with computing systems and IT operations.
