InfoSec Assurance Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

The InfoSec Assurance Manager – Infrastructure will lead and improve the bank’s cybersecurity posture by overseeing vulnerability assessment, validation and control assurance across all assets. You will coordinate on‑demand and periodic vulnerability management activities, ensuring timely patching and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage vulnerability assessment and management programmes for all bank systems and applications.
• Lead on‑demand and scheduled vulnerability management activities, providing technical guidance to team members.
• Oversee security vendor management for vulnerability‑related projects, from installation to expansion.
• Ensure patching processes and compliance validation are aligned with security requirements.
• Produce detailed reports on vulnerability management outcomes, observations and recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of security trends, advisories, new vulnerabilities and CVEs.
• Collaborate with other security and IT teams to enhance threat detection, response and patching efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cyber security, preferably in a banking environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CEH, SANS, CISSP, OSCP, CSTA).
• Agile mindset and experience with security transformation initiatives.
