Infosec Assurance Manager – Vulnerability Management

About the role

The Infosec Assurance Manager will lead the bank’s vulnerability management program, ensuring that all assets are continuously assessed, patched, and secured against emerging threats. This senior position combines strategic planning with hands‑on technical oversight to protect critical financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute on‑demand and periodic vulnerability assessments across all bank applications and systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of patching activities, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security vendor engagements for vulnerability management projects, from installation through integration and expansion.
• Provide technical guidance and tactical oversight to the vulnerability management team.
• Produce detailed reports on findings, observations and remediation recommendations.
• Stay current on security trends, advisories, new CVEs and related research.
• Collaborate with other security and IT teams to enhance threat detection, response and overall security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cyber security, preferably within a banking environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CSTA).
• Agile mindset with experience in solution architecture or similar roles.
