Infrastructure Lead – Deloitte Innovation Hub

About the role

As an Infrastructure Lead you will design and deliver robust, scalable infrastructure, define standards and best practices, and collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders. You will continuously seek opportunities to simplify, automate and evolve the environment while shaping the future of Deloitte Innovation Hub’s network landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, high‑availability network solutions across enterprise and hybrid‑cloud environments.
• Perform network upgrades, migrations and technology refreshes with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain network availability, capacity, performance and resilience within agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive them to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors, taking ownership from design through implementation and operation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise network and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Hands‑on expertise with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and SD‑WAN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching and enterprise network architecture.
• Experience working in an ITIL/ITSM environment and holding Cisco and Palo Alto certifications.
• Fluent English communication skills.
