Instructor Recruiter

About the role

The Instructor Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for teaching talent at Nafham, a personalized learning platform serving Egypt, the Gulf region, and international curricula. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified instructors while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source qualified instructor candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of instructor candidates.
• Contact candidates, schedule and conduct screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidates against hiring criteria and recommend suitable instructors.
• Manage employment agreements, collect required documents, and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while adhering to service level agreements.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus.
