Instructor – Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) Training

About the role

ISS International is seeking an experienced professional to deliver a four‑day classroom course on Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) for HSE and Quality personnel working in oil & gas plants. The training will be conducted in English in Turkmenistan and covers both international and local regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a 4‑day instructor‑led training program in English.
• Present core topics including regulatory distinctions, OSHA, EU Directives, Turkmen standards, and API standards (570, 510, 653, 580/581).
• Explain HSE occupational safety, environmental protection, process safety and compliance management systems.
• Guide participants through audits, inspections, certification processes, and reporting requirements.
• Provide practical examples, case studies, and answer technical queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles within the oil & gas industry.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an instructor or trainer.
• Demonstrated expertise in the topics covered by the course.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with EU Directives and Turkmen standards.
• Expertise in API standards: API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580/581.
• Understanding of HSE occupational safety, environmental protection, and process safety.
• Experience with compliance management systems, audit procedures, and incident reporting.
