Insurance Agent – Life, Accident & Health Sales

About the role

MetLife Egypt is seeking a full‑time Insurance Agent to join its Cairo team. This hybrid position combines office work with the flexibility to work from home while focusing on life, accident, health, retirement, and wealth‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in the Egyptian market.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals.
• Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, handle inquiries, and process policy changes.
• Achieve sales targets and keep accurate records of activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on product, market, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Strong background in insurance sales and brokerage.
• Solid knowledge of life, accident, health, retirement, and wealth‑management products.
• Good understanding of finance to support long‑term planning.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with negotiation abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services; experience in Egypt is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
