Distribution and e-Commerce Field Sales Engineer I

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic E‑Commerce Sales Engineer to accelerate digital sales growth across multiple online channels in Egypt. You will manage key e‑commerce partners, distributors and online marketplaces, driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic e‑commerce partners through relationship management and joint business planning.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance, identify growth opportunities and execute account development initiatives.
• Plan and execute joint marketing activities, promotions, product launches and digital campaigns.
• Improve partners’ digital capabilities, including online customer experience, product content and search visibility.
• Analyze KPIs such as sales, profitability, traffic, conversion and content quality to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital sales or related area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for sales data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
• Experience with digital tools, reporting platforms and e‑commerce solutions.
• Understanding of keyword and product optimization for online marketplaces.
