Insurance Sales Agent – Alexandria

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Alexandria on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and promoting our life and Takaful insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations and present insurance solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, product offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Strong background in insurance sales and proven sales techniques.
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management.
• Good knowledge of insurance and brokerage practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred.
