About the role

The Insurance Sales Agent will represent Chubb in Cairo, promoting a broad portfolio of commercial and personal insurance solutions. This outward‑facing position focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers to build a robust pipeline of insurance opportunities.
• Present Chubb’s insurance products, tailor solutions to client needs, and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims support.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience in insurance or banking is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
