Insurance Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Alexandria. You will promote and sell life and takaful insurance products, helping customers understand coverage options that comply with Sharia principles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective and existing clients and present suitable life and takaful policies.
• Prepare quotations, guide customers through application and enrollment, and support them during the claims process.
• Maintain strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure high standards of service and ethical conduct.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and participate in marketing or outreach activities.
• Stay updated on product changes, regulatory requirements, and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet targets.
• Solid knowledge of life and takaful insurance products and market practices.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset, clear communication, and active listening.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; familiarity with Sharia‑compliant products is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; university degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field is beneficial.
• Professional integrity, commitment to regulatory compliance, and willingness to engage in ongoing training.
