This includes extended collaborations with major governmental institutions, foremost among them the Armed Forces Engineering Authority.Core Services and Scope of Work:The company specializes in providing comprehensive Turn-Key Contracting Services, demonstrating its extensive capacity to execute and manage projects entirely, from the initial and structural stages through to the final finishes.SKY Contracting is seeking to recruit a professional Project Manager and an outstanding leader with strong practical experience to manage and develop the company’s portfolio of construction projects and integrated finishing projects (internal and external) for residential buildings, villas, and administrative buildings.Current Major Responsibility: Full supervision and ultimate responsibility for the company's current and upcoming pipeline projects in (Al-Thawra Al-Khadra and the Green Belt in Sheikh Zayed / New Aswan).Key Duties and Responsibilities:Comprehensive Project Management: Leading all aspects of projects from initial planning through to final handover.Financial and Contractual Capability: Managing and reviewing payment applications (invoices/progress claims), and controlling cash flows and project budgets.Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking actual progress percentages against planned schedules and intervening immediately to resolve any obstacles.Quality Assurance: Strictly supervising the quality of engineering designs and ensuring their full compliance with executed site works according to the highest standards of efficiency.Development and Efficiency Enhancement: Continuously working on developing project workflows and raising the efficiency of site engineers and technical teams.Job Requirements and Qualifications:Effective Experience: A proven, hands-on track record of not less than 5 years specifically as a Project Manager (excluding prior years of experience as a site or technical office engineer).Specialization: Strong, proven experience in integrated construction and finishing projects (both internal and external) for villas, residential, and administrative buildings.Leadership Skills: A strong, decisive leadership personality capable of directing consultants, contractors, and work teams across various sites.Educational Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering;
