Internal Audit Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead business process audits, project assignments and ad‑hoc reviews within our banking operations. Reporting to the Job‑In‑Charge (JIC), you will identify control gaps, assess risk exposures and support the development of audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business process audits, project assignments and ad‑hoc review work under JIC supervision.
• Develop audit observations, identify control deficiencies and related risk exposures, and obtain auditee responses.
• Assist in drafting management and ad‑hoc review reports.
• Update risk profiles for assigned activities and compile periodic business reports for senior management.
• Maintain market and product knowledge, and share insights with other audit teams.
• Supervise assignments as Job‑In‑Charge when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of banking audit experience.
• Experience reviewing Enterprise Risk Management areas such as ICAAP, IFRS 9 and Recovery Plans.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations.
• Relevant certifications such as CIA are preferred; CTP or credit courses are a plus.
