Internal Communication & Employer Branding Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communication & Employer Branding Supervisor to lead our internal communication strategy and strengthen our employer brand across Egypt. The role will support McDonald’s Manfoods Egypt’s mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences while fostering a vibrant employee community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Create engaging content for internal channels, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the employer branding presence on social media, showcasing the company culture and career opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, campaigns, and events.
• Support leadership in preparing communications and company announcements.
• Track engagement metrics, analyse results, and continuously optimise communication approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communication, employer branding or social media management.
• Strong storytelling, content creation and written communication abilities.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
