About the role
VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is looking for a German‑speaking Support Engineer to join its IPPS CF team. The role will involve providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth operation of next‑generation solutions for Vodafone customers across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line and second‑line support for IPPS CF services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Accenture, to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
- Communicate technical information clearly to German‑speaking customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to documentation.
Required profile
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment.
