IT Delivery & Transformation Manager

About the role

VOIS is looking for an IT Delivery & Transformation Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of innovative technology initiatives within its Office IT function. The role will focus on implementing and rolling out solutions such as robotics, automation, artificial intelligence and other shared‑service tools across a matrixed, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full IT delivery lifecycle for complex implementation and roll‑out projects, from requirements definition and feasibility assessment through deployment and transition to operations.
• Act as the single point of contact for IT delivery, ensuring alignment across solution design, data, integration, connectivity, access, testing and deployment.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards while providing accurate progress reporting to business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify, track and manage inter‑dependencies, risks and issues across multiple projects and teams, implementing appropriate mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with internal matrix teams and external partners across multiple geographies to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in end‑to‑end IT delivery across multiple, complex projects in an international environment.
• Hands‑on experience with integration initiatives covering applications, data, testing, infrastructure and deployment.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, high‑uncertainty environments and adapting delivery approaches as needed.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Typically five or more years of experience delivering IT projects.
