IT Governance Consultant – Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced IT Governance Consultant to join its senior management team in Cairo. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and governance models that align with business strategy and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and improve existing ITSM processes and governance structures.
• Design and implement IT operating models aligned with business objectives.
• Lead or support ITSM tool implementations and process automation initiatives.
• Align ITSM practices with the ITIL framework and ISO/IEC 20000 & ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• Develop policies, procedures, and performance metrics such as SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business units.

Required profile

• ITIL v4 certification (Foundation or higher).
• Proven experience in ITSM implementation and optimization.
• Strong background in IT Governance and operating model design.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, OKR, KPI, and KRI concepts.
• Experience with regulated industries (banking, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
