IT Help Desk Officer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking an IT Help Desk Officer to provide first‑line technical support to its global trading teams. You will be the go‑to person for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Respond to user inquiries promptly and maintain high‑quality customer service.
• Document and track incidents in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate records and timely resolution.
• Participate in training and self‑study to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Follow IT policies, security guidelines, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Assist with IT asset inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven IT support experience, preferably in financial services or trading.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
