About the role

The IT & Information Systems Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This senior position oversees all IT operations, from infrastructure to application management, and drives digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT & Information Systems strategy in line with business goals.
• Manage SAP systems, ensuring they meet departmental requirements.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, computers, and communication systems.
• Ensure information security, data protection, and proper user access management.
• Supervise IT support services and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Lead digital transformation and process automation projects.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and software licensing.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience with SAP and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
