IT Infrastructure Lead

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Lead will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Breadfast's technology environment. You will ensure that our on‑premises and cloud platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable, supporting business continuity and cybersecurity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee network and systems infrastructure, including configuration, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Coordinate cybersecurity measures across the entire infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain technology components of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical leadership for hybrid on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards and procedures.
• Guide and mentor infrastructure team members, offering expert‑level assistance as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, hardware and software selection, and renewal processes.
• Assess current and future infrastructure needs to ensure scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead technical role.
• Proven experience managing hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of data‑center management and networking concepts.
